I’ve posted recently about how Baby Shark now consumes our life, and found myself listening to the song on repeat one day for what seemed like hours, so why not come up with a cardio work out to match the song?
So without further ado I give you the baby shark cardio circuit.
Crafted with toddler participation in mind, our favorite three year old friend now has the work out memorized and will tell me what comes next. Super simple, super low strain, and a quick way to get the blood pumping, I’ve worked this into my daily routine and usually get a solid five rounds in before calling it quits. Bonus points if you hold your close to 30lb toddler for the squats.
